Delegate Griffith moves to amend Com Sub for HB5635 on page 2, Section 308, lines 27 through 29, by striking out subsection (e) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

"(e) A prescriber issuing a new prescription shall ask the patient or authorized guardian if the patient wishes to have the intended use for the medication or the medical condition included in the directions of the patient's prescription container label."
